Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping

Kaleo Quartero is responsible for all maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry services at The Plaza at Punchbowl. Spanning more than 15 years of experience in operations and facilities management, he has a passion to be of service to others. He enjoys getting to know our residents, talking story, and helping to keep our community pristine.

When not at work, Kaleo enjoys spending time with his wife and three keiki. He is an avid football fan who also loves to play golf.
