Ashley Kekahuna, RN

Director of Nursing

Ashley Ann Kekahuna is the Director of Nursing at The Plaza at Punchbowl. She joined the Plaza as a Charge Nurse in November of 2018. She was promoted to Assistant Director of Nursing in June of 2019, and became the Director of Nursing in February 2020.  Ashley works closely with the Punchbowl nursing team to provide exceptional care to their residents.  Ashley was born and raised on the Island of Oahu and attended Radford High School. Prior to becoming a Registered Nurse, Ashley worked as a Medical Assistant for 15 years where she really developed a passion for the medical field.  This overwhelming desire to help,  lead her to Kapiolani Community College, where she obtained her Associates Degree in Nursing.  Ashley believes working at The Plaza has really given her life meaning and looks forward to a prosperous career caring for Hawaii’s seniors.
