Brittany Higa is the Business Office Manager at The Plaza at Pearl City. Her journey with The Plaza began in 2021 when she joined the team as a Resident Care Aide in the nursing department. Brittany quickly rose through the ranks becoming the Lead Resident Care Aide, then Medication Aide shortly after. Her ability to adapt and excel in various responsibilities has prepared her for the role of Business Office Manager. She oversees the concierge team, employee compliance, human resources, payroll, and accounting operations.
