Courtney Silva

Administrator in Training

Courtney Silva is the Administrator in Training at The Plaza at Moanalua. She was previously the Business Office Manager responsible for the front desk operations, human resources, resident billing, and other accounting operations.

Prior to joining The Plaza, Courtney worked as the Account Specialist at the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement and an Employee Support Administrator at Hawaiian Airlines. Her experience in human services and human resources prepared her for this current role.

Courtney was born and raised on Oahu and has always had a passion for helping others and the community.
