Mariane De Guzman

Director of Nursing

Mariane De Guzman started her journey as a new graduate with The Plaza Assisted Living back in 2010 as a Charge Nurse. After a year of providing care at The Plaza at Mililani, she decided to become a Psychiatric Nurse at Kahi Mohala. In her spare time, she became a Nursing Instructor for Hawaii Pacific University where she also earned her Master Degree of Science in Nursing. After 12 years at Kahi Mohala she decided to go back to her first interest which is caring for the senior population. She rejoined The Plaza Assisted Living at Pearl City in September of 2022 where she directly oversees all nursing care. Mariane is excited to be back providing care for our residents.
