Sasha Nishimura

Assistant Administrator

Sasha Nishimura is the Assistant Administrator at The Plaza at Punchbowl. She is responsible for front desk operations, human resources, and accounting.  Sasha was born and raised in Kalihi, Hawai’i.  She graduated from Wallace Rider Farrington High School with an interest in Healthcare and Human Services.  Her interest led her to originally become a part of The Plaza at Punchbowl’s Food Service Department as a Dining Room Server in December 2011.  In August 2013, she joined the Activity Department as an Activity Assistant.  Shortly after, she became a Concierge in October 2013.  She was named “Employee of the Month” in 2014, 2016, and 2017.  Being an exceptional team member of the Administration Department, she was awarded “Receptionist of the Year” in 2015.  She was a member of the 2015-2017 Safety Committee and assisted with the completion of quarterly minutes.  She assisted in scheduling Medication Assessments and duties of the Business Office Manager.  In March of 2018, Sasha was promoted to Activity Director.  In December 2019, she become the Business Office Manager and in July of 2023, she was promoted to Assistant Administrator for The Plaza at Punchbowl.
