Terence Dapon brings over 10 years of experience in the culinary world. With a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, he later found a passion for the culinary arts. Raised in Stockton, California, born in Hawaii, he was influenced by many Southern Asian and local cuisines and flavors.

“In my upbringing, I was exposed to different types of cuisines that would deter others from trying. From braised internal organs to sautéed insects, I always found it interesting why people loved it and how it had a big impact in their culture.”

In his free time he coaches youth tackle football, spends time with family, and plays video games.
