Tiana Dombrowski

Assistant Administrator

Tiana Dombrowski is the Assistant Administrator for The Plaza at Waikiki.  She is responsible for assisting the Administrator with overseeing the overall operations of the community including managing the front desk, human resources, payroll, and all other accounting operations.

Prior to joining The Plaza at Waikiki, Tiana worked for a general contractor on large government projects in an administration and project coordinator capacity for over ten years.  She was responsible for working in collaboration with the project team ensuring that the day to day operations of each project ran smoothly.

Born on Oahu and raised on the Windward side of the island, Tiana understands the importance of taking care of our kupuna. She has found joy working with the kupuna who call The Plaza at Waikiki home.
